Bonus if you can jump into HTML/CSS to make tweaks when needed. Basic HTML & CSS Knowledge You don't need to be a programmer, but you should understand how to read and edit basic code to customize templates and troubleshoot issues. Eye for Design You notice when something looks "off" and care about clean layouts, typography, and user experience. Creative Problem Solving Web work isn't always straightforward. You're ready to Google, experiment, and figure things out in this ever-changing digital landscape. Strong Communication Skills You can clearly communicate with team members and understand client needs to avoid errors and missed deadlines. Works Well Independently & Collaboratively Some tasks require focused solo work; others need team input.
