* OpenShift - hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting OpenShift in production environments
 * Linux - demonstrated Linux system administration skills
 * Python - automation scripting and tooling (alongside BASH and Ansible)
 * Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, * Bachelor''''s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
 * 6+ years of relevant experience through work, military service, or specialized training
 * Automation experience with BASH, Ansible, and/or Python
 * Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Kubernetes or OpenShift distributions
 * Working knowledge of the Kubernetes API Server
 * Knowledge of NFS and networking fundamentals
 * Working knowledge of Git, GitLab, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows, * Experience with SDN concepts and protocols
 * Virtualization and/or Linux certifications
 * Experience with OVN-Kubernetes
 * Experience with Multus CNI
 * Experience with service mesh for Layer 7 networking management
 * Experience with Service Proxy for Kubernetes
 * Experience with NetApp Storage Solutions
 * Experience with object storage (Swiftstack/MinIO)
 * Working knowledge of OpenStack
