## About the Role

Required: ECC to S/4 HANA rollout - manufacturing/automotive client. Must be in Chicago area with ability to travel to Danville, IL and Waukesha, WI. Implementation experience required., * Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience

 * 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
 * Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
 * Proven experience in team management and software project execution
 * Solid technical knowledge in package applications
 * Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

## Description

* Manage a team responsible for SAP package software application implementation through configuration and development
 * Lead workshops to determine system requirements and document findings
 * Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
 * Configure FI, CO, and associated SAP modules
 * Provide functional specifications for technical development
 * Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively
 * Monitor and report on project progress and financial metrics
 * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
 * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
 * Foster an environment of teamwork and effective communication
 * Establish and maintain long-term executive relationships by performing billable advisory services
