 * Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, CSV, Flat Files, SFTP
 * Experience designing real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations
 * UKG Integration Hub, Dataviews, APIs, and Interfaces
 * Data mapping, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization
Functional Expertise

 * Core HR
 * Payroll
 * Time & Labor / Workforce Management
 * Absence Management
 * Strong understanding of employee lifecycle events and downstream integrations

## Description

* Lead architecture discussions and define enterprise integration strategies
 * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UKG integrations using Dell Boomi
 * Build REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and SFTP/file-based integrations
 * Create integration specifications, data mapping documents, and error-handling frameworks
 * Collaborate with HR functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
 * Perform unit, system, and integration testing and provide production support
 * Ensure data integrity, security compliance, scalability, and reusable architecture
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
