The incumbent will be responsible for assisting users with their workstation hardware, operating system and software including email, network stored files, and printing. Duties will include installing, updating and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software for all operating systems in use at the school. This position will be responsible for the security of the workstations and other devices connected to the network including security updates and other routine maintenance.
