## Description

One of our client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior UX Producer to manage complex UX programs spanning:

 * UX Design
 * User Research
 * Human Factors
 * Content Strategy
 * Instructional Design

This role acts as the bridge between UX leadership, product, and engineering teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end planning and execution of UX programs
 * Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
 * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and UX
 * Identify risks and remove blockers
 * Improve workflows and team efficiency
 * Track milestones and deliverables
 * Support budget planning and vendor coordination
 * Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives)
 * Mentor junior team members
