The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Epic EHR systems, healthcare IT operations, contract administration, budget management, and team leadership. This role will work closely with clinical, operational, financial, and IT stakeholders to ensure effective management of Epic applications, vendor performance, regulatory compliance, and system optimization., Information Systems & Epic Management * Manage Epic-related contracts, subscription services, and third-party vendor agreements. * Support implementation, maintenance, and expansion of Epic applications and services. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of services. * Monitor Epic system-related initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Contract & Vendor Management * Track contract performance and vendor deliverables. * Monitor compliance with contract requirements and service-level agreements. * Generate reports and performance metrics related to vendor services. * Support procurement activities and contract renewals. Financial & Budget Management * Manage invoice processing and expense allocation across multiple departments. * Track project budgets, expenditures, and funding allocations. * Prepare budget forecasts, expenditure reports, and financial analyses. * Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budget guidelines.
