## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer to support ongoing enhancements and optimization efforts across a Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform. The position requires a highly capable, self-directed developer who can operate effectively in both structured agile delivery and more ambiguous problem-solving scenarios. Success in this role will depend on the ability to take ownership of work, proactively drive progress, and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team., * Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), including resource management, demand management, and project portfolio management.

 * Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations and the ability to troubleshoot data flows and failures.
 * Strong development and configuration expertise, including customizations, workflow refinement, and platform optimization.

## Description

* Design, configure, and enhance solutions aligned with enterprise standards on the ServiceNow SPM platform.
 * Support enhancement requests and resolve break/fix issues across core SPM modules, including next experience resource management, demand management, and project portfolio management.
 * Refine platform configurations, implement workflow improvements, and support integrations with external systems such as Planview and reporting/data platforms.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues by analyzing existing configurations, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
 * Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, recommend improvements, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
 * Support integration points between ServiceNow and downstream platforms, ensuring data integrity and usability.
