## About the Role

Do you have experience in C#?, * 3+ years of hands-on application development experience using C#.net and SQL Server and ideally Git

 * Experience supporting production applications
 * Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
 * SSRS, SSIS, unit testing and de-bugging experience are highly preferred

## Description

This role supports and enhances mission-critical business applications in a modern Microsoft environment, with a primary focus on production support and application enhancements rather than greenfield development. Developers own the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, working directly with business users without dedicated Business Analysts. Day-to-day work includes resolving production issues, delivering enhancements from a sprint-based backlog, and contributing to broader modernization efforts such as framework upgrades and server migrations, with occasional involvement in new initiatives as needed.
