## About the Role

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * DoD Secret Clearance

 * Bachelor's Degree
 * Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
 * Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
 * Understanding of Navy workflows and financial processes

## Description

* Produce technical designs from functional specs: data models, error handling, logging, and restart/reprocessing mechanisms.
 * Build interfaces (inbound/outbound) with strong validation and reconciliation; coordinate with middleware and integration teams.
 * Develop enhancements (user exits/BAdIs (Business Add-Ins), enhancements spots) and reports with authorization checks and scalable performance.
 * Support conversions and mass loads, including data transformations, balancing, and audit-ready reconciliation outputs.
 * Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and improve reusable components.
 * Own troubleshooting through hypercare: root-cause analysis, hotfixes, and stabilization.
 * Other duties as assigned
