 * Field service activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects while adhering to safety standards and schematics.
 * Troubleshoot complex issues involving computer hardware, low voltage wiring, cabling, system design, and telecommunication networks to ensure optimal system performance.
 * Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs; provide expert guidance on system design, upgrades, and alarm system sales opportunities.
 * Maintain detailed documentation of schematics, wiring diagrams, remote access software configurations, and service records for all projects.
