 * Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders

 * Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
 * Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
 * Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
 * Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
 * Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
 * Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates
