The role involves coordinating technical and functional resources across multiple teams and often requires working concurrently on several global projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Manager to support operational governance, SOX-related activities, and smaller technology initiatives within our ERP environment, including Workday. This role is primarily client-side and focuses on coordinating recurring control activities, supporting audit readiness, and driving structured execution of small-to-medium initiatives across Finance and HR systems. The ideal candidate is a strong organizer and communicator who can work across technical and business teams, bring structure to evolving processes, and ensure accountability for timelines, documentation, and compliance-related deliverables. This is not a large-scale implementation role - it is a hands-on coordination and governance role critical to operational stability and audit readiness. Success in this role requires comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where not all processes are fully defined, and a willingness to help bring structure and consistency over time.
