The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the technical implementation of retention marketing programs across client accounts. This role serves as the internal expert on Klaviyo, supporting account teams through advanced builds, migrations, integrations, QA, and platform best practices. Working closely with Retention Strategists, this individual transforms strategy into execution by building and maintaining email, SMS, segmentation, automation, and onsite conversion experiences while helping establish scalable implementation standards across the department.
