Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office products

 * Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, peripherals)
 * High school diploma or equivalent
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills
 * Ability to quickly learn systems and operate in a hands-on environment

Soft Skills:

 * Experience working in a help desk or onsite IT support role
 * Familiarity with general IT service management practices

## Description

* Provide first-level help desk support for end users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner
 * Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (laptops, monitors, printers, etc.)
 * Assist with setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT equipment
 * Document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
 * Support overall business systems and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes
 * Escalate complex issues as needed
