The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex information in a way that helps stakeholders make better decisions., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.

 * 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or related disciplines.
 * Strong experience with SQL and SQL Server technologies (SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
 * Experience developing data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
 * Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Experience within financial services, banking, or credit unions.
 * Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as clustering, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling.
 * Experience with R or other statistical analysis tools.
 * Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments.

## Description

* Develop and enhance enterprise business intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
 * Design, build, and maintain data warehouses, data models, dashboards, and reporting environments.
 * Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improved data visibility, accessibility, and insight generation.
 * Translate business needs into actionable analytics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
 * Improve data governance, quality, consistency, and usability across the organization.
 * Support and train users on BI tools and reporting capabilities.
 * Help establish a data-driven culture by enabling fact-based decision making throughout the credit union.
