## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Knowledgeable with Windows 11, hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.

 * Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Windows Domain environment desirable.
 * Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting skills
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and in tune with developing technologies.
 * Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 * Ability to work individually or in team environment while multi-tasking in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
 * Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
 * Responsive and respective team player with desire to learn and help us grow.
 * Experience with Dental Applications such as Dentrix, OpenDental, Dexis, Sidexis, Gendex, Eaglesoft or Carestream products is a plus.

Education and/or Experience

 * Associates Degree (AS) in a computer science or information technology
 * Professional certifications in related field
 * Minimum 2 years of IT work experience required

## Description

IT Support members will provide technical assistance to clients taking calls or responding to tickets with some occasional onsite work as needed., * Answer technical support phone calls and resolve workstation or software issues

 * Create and update helpdesk tickets to document incoming customer requests and issues.
 * Provide timely IT support and customer service via phone and email to all customers.
 * Troubleshoot problems with the operations of various IT hardware including computers, printers, scanners, etc.
 * Assist with local onsite IT support and projects
 * Assist with Windows 11 Pro, Office 365 and other standardized applications.
 * Maintain a professional relationship with all clients.
 * Work with other team members to resolve issues to complete customer requests.
