## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
 * 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
 * Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process mapping.
 * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving tools.
 * Experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite., * Prior experience in the wire and cable or similar industrial manufacturing sectors.
 * Knowledge of ISO 14001 or ISO 9001 quality and environmental standards.
 * Experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems for production management.
 * Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.

## Description

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will drive operational excellence by designing, optimizing, and scaling production systems. You will leverage your expertise in Lean methodologies and data-driven analysis to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality across our manufacturing value stream.
Responsibilities

 * Design and implement robust manufacturing processes to maximize production efficiency and resource utilization.
 * Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and execute corrective actions that improve cycle times and output quality.
 * Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new technologies and automation solutions into existing production lines.
 * Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical work instructions.
 * Collaborate with vendors to validate new equipment installations and ensure seamless operational integration.
 * Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management standards.
 * Train production teams on new processes and equipment to ensure consistent operational excellence.
