## About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to help customers maximize value from enterprise SaaS platforms through onboarding, enablement, and adoption activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, technical account management, or service delivery, with the ability to engage customers, conduct platform demonstrations, and drive product adoption. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise technologies are highly desirable. Experience supporting a large portfolio of customers in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
