 * 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
 * Active Pega certification such as:
 + Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
 + Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred
 * Strong experience with:
 + Pega PRPC / Infinity Platform
 + Case Management
 + Business Process Management (BPM)
 + Decisioning and Workflow Automation
 + Integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs
 + Pega Rules, Data Pages, and UI development
 * Experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
 * Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities, * Healthcare payer, provider, or health insurance industry experience
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
 * Experience with Pega Customer Service or Pega Customer Decision Hub

## Description

We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega platform development, hold current Pega certifications, and possess a proven track record delivering scalable business process automation solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications and workflows

 * Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions
 * Build and support integrations with enterprise systems
 * Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices
 * Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
 * Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design
 * Support testing, deployment, and ongoing application enhancements
