We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Swiss CNC Programmer/Setup to join our swing shift manufacturing team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-performance environment where programmers are trusted with process ownership, continuous improvement, and the development of precision manufacturing solutions for complex spinal implants and instruments. If you are someone who can take a print, develop a process, optimize it, and drive it into production with minimal oversight, we want to hear from you.
