Comfortable writing and debugging production-grade code in a customer environment. * Hands-on experience building with LLMs. You know the Gen AI landscape, understand where models fail, and have shipped something real with them. * Solid grasp of ML fundamentals: evaluation, training pipelines, decomposing business problems into ML-solvable framing. * 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role: implementation, professional services, or solutions engineering. * Familiarity with IT infrastructure - Windows/Mac endpoints, Active Directory, Azure AD, networking basics. That creates a gap between what our platform can do and what customers know how to unlock. As a Field Deployment AI Engineer, you close that gap. You'll embed with enterprise customers, own deployments end-to-end, build AI-powered workflows, and drive adoption. Strong engineering instincts. A customer face. Real outcomes. What you'll be responsible for * Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise accounts: kickoff, architecture, configuration, integration, handoff. * Customise Atera's AI automations, RMM, and PSA modules to match each customer's environment and workflows. * Build and deploy LLM-powered workflows that solve real operational problems and reach production. * Lead technical discovery with enterprise IT stakeholders. Translate architecture, constraints, and success criteria into a concrete deployment plan. * Identify repeatable patterns and codify them into playbooks and templates so the next deployment goes faster than the last. * Act as the technical authority during customer engagements, including on-site visits. Escalation bridge between the customer, Support, and Engineering. * Feed field insights back to Product and CX.
