## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in VPN?, We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Domain Controlers/Active Directory, network administration, firewalls and DNS related issues., Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting

 - Familiarity with Active Directory, network administration, and DNS
 - Ability to develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks
 - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
 - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience:

 * Supporting Windows desktops and laptops computers in a business environment. 2+ years' experience.
 * Thorough understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN and other firewall rules.
 * Troubleshooting for software, hardware, and PC related networking issues.
 * Knowledge of Windows Server2019/2022/2025 along with Windows 11 operating systems.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft365/Exchange Online Environments
 * Windows Domain Administration (Active Directory, Group Policy and etc.)
 * Working remotely and in-person to meet customer needs and maintain customer satisfaction.
 * Manage backups.

This position involves remote support and traveling to client locations as needed. Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass insurance company driver's record check and background check. Employer gas card will be supplied. All tools and materials required will also be provided by employer.

 - Participate in the design and implementation of new systems
 - Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of the network
