Preferred Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading customer meetings, conducting presentations and advising support and implementation teams on technical issues. * Experience in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities. * Experience in creating and maintaining documentation and standards. * Ability to work in a team environment consisting of technical and non-technical members. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
