For this role we are looking for an individual who has hands on experience with SAS code, SQL, Power Automate and reporting / documentation with Confluence or Jira. This person should have the ability to defect triage and handle ticket system management. In this role you will be working with closely with the desktop support team as well as external vendors to deliver the work. This position requires someone who has a background with application lifecycle coordination, incident response, and vulnerability management. This person must be able to work remotely on PST time zone and be available for core meetings hours.
