Desired: * Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability and compatibility with existing systems. * Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. * Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. * Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems. ## Description The individual selected for this position will support the Sponsor's organization responsible for establishing career services and and oversee a comprehensive portfolio that includes Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning, and Leadership and Employee Development, Performance Management and Workforce Analytics to suppiort workforce development.
