Do you have experience in Typing?, * 3+ years experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar).

 * 2+ years in healthcare and customer service roles.
 * Basic healthcare terminology and IT knowledge.
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and in a team.
 * Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy.
 * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights/weekends., * Call center or customer-facing experience.
 * Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk).
 * Clinical certifications.
 * Bilingual (English/Spanish)., * Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Epic: 3 years (Required)
 * Healthcare environment : 3 years (Preferred)

 * Spanish (Preferred)

## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve EHR and clinical workflow issues.
 * Diagnose problems using probing questions and remote tools.
 * Guide users through solutions and workflow processes.
 * Document issues and escalate per protocol when needed.
 * Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
 * Identify and escalate urgent or patient-impacting issues.
 * Follow standard procedures, tools, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
 * Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
 * Collaborate with team members and support service desk operations.
 * Participate in meetings and assist with additional projects as assigned.
