Qualifications

Required:

 * Functional implementation experience with 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations

 * 7+ years' experience implementing any combination of Oracle Financials modules
 * Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training

 * Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
 * A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field

Preferred:

 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

 * Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
 * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
 * Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.
 * An advanced degree in the area of specialization

 * Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
 * Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
 * Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
 * Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
 * Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
 * Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.
