You are equally at home in the build: turning a whiteboard into a prototype and a prototype into a production system. Above all, you are not a casual user of AI. You have direct, demonstrable experience using AI to automate work and make commercial teams more productive, and you can back it with metrics., * Revenue operations fluency: Working knowledge of RevOps processes and policies across lead management, account and territory management, pipeline management and forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment, spanning the full commercial lifecycle. * Applied AI experience: Direct experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini for task automation and development, with results you can quantify. * Data and analytics rigor: Strong grounding in data management best practices and analytics or BI. * A builder mindset: Willingness to embrace an AI-centric culture, think beyond today's SaaS stack, and make sure ideas move from concept to practical, scalable production.
