This role is intended to add additional development capacity and will contribute across a range of projects, including enhancements to existing systems, integrations with third-party vendors, and modernization efforts. This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who is a strong coder in C#, comfortable working deep in the database, and adaptable enough to support different parts of the application stack as priorities shift. While this role does not include formal leadership or architecture ownership, the developer should be capable of working independently, understanding complex systems, and contributing meaningfully to technical discussions.
