## Description

Provide onsite and remote technical support to hospital staff.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
 * Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and user productivity tools.
 * Assist with Active Directory account creation and user access management.
 * Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
 * Perform preventive maintenance and system checks.
 * Support printers, barcode scanners, and clinical workstations.
 * Respond to help desk tickets and document work performed.
 * Assist with maintaining network infrastructure and wireless systems.
 * Support backup systems and cybersecurity initiatives.

 * Participate in downtime procedures and emergency support.
 * Support hospital information systems and clinical technology platforms.
 * Coordinate with vendors for support and project implementation.
 * Provide end-user training and customer service.
 * Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotation.
