## About the Role

* Extensive hands-on experience delivering cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud (architecture and implementation, not just oversight).
 * Demonstrated experience combining technical leadership with project management responsibilities.
 * Experience supporting public health, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare data systems.
 * Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and data management practices.
 * Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
 * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
 * Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello).
 * (required for government contract eligibility).
 * Ability to pass a federal background investigation.

## Description

* Lead the technical architecture, planning, and delivery of enterprise cloud applications and data platforms.
 * Design, review, and guide implementation of cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud environments.
 * Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams, government stakeholders, and business users.
 * Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation roadmaps.
 * Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies while ensuring technical quality.
 * Support system modernization, data integration, and cloud migration initiatives.
 * Ensure compliance with government, healthcare, and data governance standards.
 * Facilitate technical reviews, status briefings, and stakeholder meetings.
 * Support Agile or hybrid delivery models, working closely with developers, data engineers, and security teams.
