## Description

+ Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, and VSAM

 + Participate in the full SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment)

 + Collaborate with product teams and technical SMEs to translate business needs into solutions

 + Contribute to both new feature development and existing system improvements

 + Support agile team activities (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.)

 + Partner with offshore teams as needed (may include occasional early meetings)
