## Description

* Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and administrative roles
 * Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants
 * Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
 * Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork
 * Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and community outreach
 * Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with candidates and clients
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
