This role coordinates the technical team, sets priorities during incidents, and ensures the execution of established procedures to maintain the availability of services such as payment processing platforms and Mainframe, Non-Stop, Windows, and Unix environments. Physical Requirements A team leader who supervises Support and/or Professional level contributors. Sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team. The problems they face may be difficult but are generally not complex. Ensures that policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders Education Bachelor en Computer Science EXPERIENCE At least three (3) years of experience in diagnosing and repairing issues related to communication networks, telecommunications infrastructure, computers, servers, and operating systems.
