## Description

* Support the efforts of the sales team todrivetop-linerevenue for the hotel.

 * Manages and assigns all salesinquiriesfor group, catering, and private dining sales.

 * Assist sales managers with preparation of contracts, proposals, and addendums.

 * Create departmental POs and maintain inventory of office supplies, collateral, and promotional items

 * Accurately record and process direct opportunities in hotel sales system (Delphi and Tripleseat)

 * Assist clients and media in the absence of the Sales Manager

 * Coordinateclient siteinspections and preplanning visits

 * Assist managers with RFP responses, and meeting arrangements as needed
