The IT Specialist's role will be to ensure stable and reliable operation of the IT environment in our young but fast-growing Aerospace Components Division. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware and software infrastructure. In addition, the person will analyze and resolve end user hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, provide end user training where required, and support cyber security initiatives. IT Specialist Your Roles/Responsibilities: * Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications * Provide both onsite and remote helpdesk support to analyze and resolve end user hardware and software problems in a Microsoft 365 environment * Install and update software and hardware as needed to ensure stable operation of the IT infrastructure * Configure, maintain, and monitor computer networks and systems, including hardware, system software, and applications * Closely collaborate with IT specialists at other company locations to ensure stable and reliable operation of the shared IT infrastructure and alignment of the strategic direction * Conduct onboarding of new employees by performing account setup and end user training * Stay current on security risks and ensure security of all systems, endpoints, and data.
