This is a lead-from-the-front, execution-first role - not PMO, not coordination. You will be expected to operate at pace, drive outcomes, and work closely with engineering teams building production-critical systems. We are specifically targeting candidates who have demonstrated sustained success in demanding environments, not those who have transitioned out due to performance or pace constraints.
