Your future awaits with us!, * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field * At least 1-2 years of IT experience with the ability to work independently * Familiarity with common computer systems and software's i.e., Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, iOS, Android * Ability to provide instructions to end users on how to resolve technological issues * Strong problem-solving skills related to technology and common computer issues * Understanding of Basic Computer Networking Principles * Basic Knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, and Firewalls * Ability to adapt and learn new software systems quickly on the job * Strong communication skills * Some weekends required ## Description The IT Specialist's primary role is to provide support to our staff in our many veterinary hospital locations. They will work directly with the Director of Technology to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technological issues.
