In this pivotal role, you'll serves as the primary point of contact for ERP system administration, user support, order management, reporting, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing operational systems that support sales, inventory, production, and logistics teams. ERP & Systems Administration * Serve as the primary internal contact for ERP system support, troubleshooting, and user assistance. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and system setup across departments and warehouse locations. * Train team members on ERP and CRM system functionality and best practices. * Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to improve workflows, reporting, and system integrations. * Monitor and resolve issues across ERP, CRM, Shopify, and related business platforms. Sales Operations & Order Management * Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and efficiently. * Support product SKU management and system data maintenance. * Monitor order lifecycles and ensure accuracy of pricing, inventory, and shipping information. * Collaborate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders, inventory, and shipments. * Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, and performance dashboards.
