Education and Experience * Associate's degree in computer information science or higher preferred. * Specialized training or certifications in PC repair, computer software/hardware applications, or network administration is strongly preferred. * At least one year of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing computers and peripherals. Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Requires employee to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. ## Description The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the organization's IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. This role ensures optimal system performance, security, and user satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
