The Agile Coach will play a critical role in ensuring alignment, synchronizing multiple teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Acting as a servant leader and Agile champion, the Agile Coach will guide the ART in delivering valuable solutions in line with organizational objectives. You will thrive in this role if you are: * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role responsibilities Leadership and Facilitation of Key Events: Organize and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning events to align teams on shared objectives and dependencies, ensuring strategic and operational alignment. Must understand release frequency and work closely with the Release Manager. Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) to identify and address cross-team impediments and ensure effective coordination among teams, escalating to management when needed. Oversee the Product Owner Sync (PO Sync) to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support timely delivery of features. Conduct the Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops at the end of each PI, identifying systemic issues and driving continuous improvement across the ART. Manage regular ART Syncs with key stakeholders to communicate progress, assess program risks, and ensure strategic alignment. Agile Coaching and Culture Building: Act as an Agile Coach for teams within the ART, providing guidance on SAFe principles, Lean-Agile practices, and continuous improvement. Champion Agile values and ensure adherence to SAFe processes, while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams. Support and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other Agile team members in refining their practices to optimize team performance. Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively manage and resolve program-level risks, impediments, and dependencies in collaboration with team leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders. Utilize data and feedback to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain a smooth flow of work throughout the ART. Stakeholder Alignment and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Management, Solution Architects, and Business Owners to ensure clear communication of priorities and alignment with organizational strategic goals. Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing visibility into ART progress, escalating issues as necessary, and managing expectations. Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Utilize key metrics to track ART performance, identify trends, and inform actions that improve team and program effectiveness.
