+ Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements

 + Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex project work

 + Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests

 + Stay current on new system releases and functionality

 + Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality

 + Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment

 + Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality
