This candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy industry, understanding key operations and success metrics., * Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Critical Skills * 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription claims data * Substantially proficient with PowerBI, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence in a healthcare related field. * Strong knowledge of: + Pharmacy claims and dispensing data + Drug purchasing data and cost structures * High proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau and Databricks * Extensive understanding and application of ETL processes * Experience working with large, complex datasets Additional Skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, reliable outputs * Ability to communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to translate data into structured insights with guidance * High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Preferred * Experience of specialty pharmacy and MID environments * Exposure to client-facing environments or consulting models * Experience using AI tools to support analytics and reporting * Experience supporting financial or operational reporting ## Description This role focuses on supporting the delivery of analytics, reporting, and insights derived from MID and pharmacy operations.
