Serves as the primary point of accountability for day-to-day delivery across the program s workstreams, overseeing a multidisciplinary contractor team that supports federal financial management operations, enterprise resource planning (ERP/UFMS) systems administration, internal controls, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Works directly with HHS CORs and federal stakeholders to ensure all contract deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Combines deep expertise in federal financial management with the project management discipline to lead complex, multi-workstream engagements in a high-visibility government environment.
