## Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Expert to act as a Technical Advisory Consultant for implementing next-generation AI-powered conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Connect. The role focuses on providing architecture guidance, design validation, and best-practice recommendations across the full implementation lifecycle.

Note: This is a non-development, advisory-driven role focused on solution assurance and technical leadership.

Expertise You''ll Bring:

Core Technical Skills

 * Deep expertise in Amazon Connect
 * Experience with:
 * Amazon Lex V2
 * Contact Lens
 * AI/NLP-based conversational IVR systems
 * Strong understanding of:
 * CCaaS architecture and contact center design
 * Call flows, routing strategies, and queue management

Cloud & Integration Skills

 * Strong AWS experience including:
 * IAM, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch
 * CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
 * Exposure to:
 * AI/ML services and conversational AI ecosystems
 * System integrations and API-based architectures
