## About the Role

* Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
 * 0-3 years of experience in Workday, HRIS, ERP, or related systems.
 * Basic understanding of Workday HCM modules.
 * Knowledge of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
 * Familiarity with software testing methodologies.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Exposure to Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or Talent modules.
 * Knowledge of Workday reporting and dashboards.
 * Experience with data analysis using Excel.
 * Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
 * Workday certification or Workday training is a plus.
