This role oversees the full Program Leader lifecycle-including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, travel coordination, evaluation, retention, and alumni engagement-while ensuring the systems, processes, and partnerships necessary to support program growth and exceptional student experiences. As the leader of the Program Leader function, the Manager supervises and develops Program Leader Network Coordinator, collaborates closely with Sales, Human Resources, IT, and International Staff, and cultivates strong relationships with educators, schools, alumni, and Program Leaders to increase awareness of CIEE programs and support student recruitment goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship-builder and operational leader who excels at talent development, process improvement, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
