This role requires someone who understands how builders operate-from sales, purchasing, construction scheduling, and accounting through project completion-and can translate those workflows into impactful product enhancements. This is not a strategy-only role. You will own the day-to-day execution of the product, manage a small Agile team, prioritize the backlog, work directly with customers, and ensure the platform continues solving real-world challenges for residential home builders. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of builder operations, construction workflows, ERP/accounting integrations, and software product management, along with a passion for driving customer adoption and delivering measurable business value.
