The ideal candidate is an experienced developer with experience working both within the Salesforce platform and in applications that are tightly integrated with it. Right now we're focused on shifting from declarative to programmatic solutions as we scale up toward over 2000 colleagues - the ideal candidate would have a passion for designing and developing scalable solutions and the ability to write software both within Salesforce and adjacent to it. You should have a passion for scalable solutions, high quality user experiences, CI/CD, and understanding where the border of Salesforce ends and other toolchains begin.
